So after my vacation I was riding high, and proceeded to hurt my back as I get back to work, not bad… but enough to give me discomfort. Flash forward a week a later I feel fine and BAM! I fall again…. This time i’m not actually sure what happened. One moment I was flat footed running the machine, next I was on my toes falling hard to the floor face first, luckily I landed mostly on my body and fore arm. I say luckily because it balanced out the impact… And because of that I think it saved me from any broken bones, just some bruises and a strained wrist. What the ER found next was my Blood Pressure was sky high, so i’m gonna get that checked out by my doctor asap. So I guess this was a blessing in disguise….. of course the pain and being pissed I fell again may have been the culprit… lol We shall see.
